In a world where stress has become commonplace, the power of our breath often goes unnoticed. Yet, our breath serves as the most fundamental and natural tool for healing, fostering balance and enhancing holistic well-being.

Yogic science emphasizes the vital role of proper breathing, as it brings forth a spectrum of benefits, including enhanced oxygen circulation, improved hormonal balance, reduced stress and anxiety, better lung function, improved digestion and overall relaxation of the body and mind.

Join us for the weekend Pranayama Workshop, where we will delve into the following:

- Understanding the concept of prana and its connection to breath
- Exploring the physiology of breath and its impact on our well-being
- Learning the correct way of breathing for maximum benefit
- Introducing basic kriyas and stretches to cope with the demands of digital age
- Learning Pranayama techniques that can be integrated into daily routine to cultivate balance

**Sessions will be conducted only if there are at least 5 registrations**
Session Information
- Improper breathing has been linked to various diseases and unfavorable mental states such as stress, anger, anxiety, irritability, fear, dullness etc.
- Pranayama are breathing techniques and exercises that involve regulation of our breath in different ways to improve physical, mental and emotional well-being.
- Sessions will aim to empower participants with the practice of breathing techniques that can be incorporated into daily routine.
- While specific Pranayama practices have unique effects and may help in management of certain diseases, below are some general benefits of Pranayama :

  Reduces stress and anxiety
  Boosts immunity
  Boosts metabolism
  Improves hormonal balance
  Normalises blood pressure
  Strengthens the respiratory system

- Sessions will be a combination of
  *Kriyas (cleansing techniques)
  *Gentle yoga stretches
  *Various pranayama (breathing) techniques
  *Relaxation and Meditation

- Duration of each session will be 1 hour.
- Sessions will be conducted live via zoom.
- Zoom details will be shared post registration.
- Medium of instructions is English.
- Recording of the sessions will be shared. These will be valid for 10 days.

- Fee is non-refundable except if the session is cancelled from instructor's side.
