Purejiva lists 22+ practitioner types, including: Acupuncturists, Healers, Health Coaches, Nutritionists, Therapists, Numerologists, Psychologists and Astrologers, and more.
  • We are an education portal to help you know your options, a trusted friend when you don’t know where to turn for help healing, a guide to explore personal optimization and preventative health solutions, and a trust-based booking tool to make it all happen with ease and confidence.

IS PUREJIVA FREE TO USE?

Yes, being a member is free! The only cost associated with being a member is a 3% credit card transaction fee that is applied to each session you book through our platform. We strive to make wellness and preventative health more equitable and affordable for all.

Please send a message to [email protected] if you would like your profile to be manually deactivated from the Purejiva system.

DOES PUREJIVA RECEIVE MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION?

All credit card and bank information is stored by zzzz, our third party transaction agent. zzzz has been audited by a PCI-Certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1 – the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.

DOES PUREJIVA SHARE MEMBERS’ PERSONAL DATA WITH OTHER COMPANIES?

For internal use and betterment of the Purejiva product, we track the number of bookings and types of bookings on the platform as a whole, but your personal information will never be shared with anyone outside of Purejiva. We may from time to time send you offers from partnering companies, but we hope you will find these curated offers to be a gift rather than a nuisance! You can always unsubscribe if you would like.

HOW IS PUREJIVA ENCRYPTED?

Purejiva is encrypted in two levels, it uses HTTPS security in the public pages and the API uses encrypted information.

Booking a Session with a Practitioner

HOW CAN I COMMUNICATE WITH A PRACTITIONER I’VE REQUESTED A SESSION WITH?

You can write an email to [email protected] and the response by the Practitioner will be shared with you ASAP keeping all the confidentiality norms in place.

HOW DO I LEAVE A REVIEW FOR A PRACTITIONER?

Reviews can only be left once a member has seen the practitioner via Purejiva. Once you’ve seen the practitioner on Purejiva, navigate to your ‘Dashboard’ and under ‘Completed Sessions’ select the blue button ‘Rate your Experience’.

Verifications & Certifications

HOW DOES PUREJIVA VERIFY IT’S PRACTITIONERS?

For each practitioner on Purejiva, a member of our team has done a qualitative review including their Experience, Qualification, their centers and also by references checks.

WHY DOES PUREJIVA CONDUCT BACKGROUND CHECKS FOR SELECTED PRACTITIONERS?

Purejiva takes your safety very seriously. While there is no way for us to guarantee that any interaction with a practitioner listed on our platform will be perfectly safe, conducting background checks is an extra layer of credibility to help you choose the right practitioner for you and your needs.

HOW CAN I CONFIRM THE LOCATION OF MY SESSION?

Purejiva offers practitioners the option for 2 session types:

  • Practitioner location:  This means you as the client go to the practitioner’s studio or home office for your session. 
  • Virtual Session: This type of session happens over the phone or internet, as provided by the practitioner.

HOW CAN I REPORT UNSAFE BEHAVIOR DISPLAYED BY A PRACTITIONER?

If there is reason, you should immediately contact alert Purejiva by sending a message to [email protected] or call our helpline number. If appropriate, we will alert the practitioner credentialing boards and will remove the practitioner from Purejiva’s platform. 

Payments for a Session

CAN I PAY IN CASH FOR MY IN-PERSON SESSION?

No. All payment for sessions via Purejiva must be entered when making booking. If a practitioner solicits money off of the platform, please let us know by emailing [email protected].

WHAT DO I DO IF SOMEONE ASKS ME FOR MONEY OUTSIDE OF THE PUREJIVA PLATFORM?

When you make a booking through the Purejiva platform, you pay before your session. This means that a practitioner should not ask you for extra money in-person. All payments are made online at the time the booking request is made. If a practitioner solicits money off of the platform, please let us know by emailing [email protected].
